Newnan Cougars Head Football Coach shared that he is really going to miss Tripp on the field this year. Tripp represented the Newnan football program the right way and was a leader on and off the field. Jessica Slaton stated she loves that Tripp strives to do all things in the name of Jesus.

It was a rollercoaster ride but I'm glad it ended with me getting a opportunity to play at Mercer
Why did you choose Mercer?
The family atmosphere and it have always been a dream school with their Med program. Mercer also made me feel like they really wanted me which was very refreshing
What are you going to miss at Newnan High School?
It's not a better place to be than a Friday night at Newnan High School. If I could play at Newnan High School on Friday Nights for the rest of my life I would.

Ethan is a highly recruited (17 offers) 3 Star Defensive End who attends the 2021 State Champions Trinity Christian School. Ethan who is a very good basketball player and track star is one of the team captains for the Trinity Lions football team. Rosetta McDowell is a very intuitive, special kid who loves his friends but plays close attention to people as well playing a big brother protector role for his younger brother Trevor.
